are we happy today?

Hello, my Sweetarts! Today's post is about...nothing really, just being happy and thankful for what we have and what we do not have, surely there's a reason for that too!

On a lighter note, i found this adorable video, do take a kwik peek and greet Monday with a smile on your face!

and not so happy moms ;) i would'nt be too, if my  kid kept dragging me to the sweet stand!

So the event at Royal Rodale was so much fun... i learnt:

1. My hubbie will do anything for me, including teaching kids how to frost the perfect cupcake..isnt love grand?? Makes u do funny things!

2. Women are KICK-ASS entrepreneurs ( excuse the lang, just that it suits the statement i wanna make!)

3. Sweet Treat +Yummy in the tummy=  Big smile

4. Just one person can make ur day (thanks Erum for taking time out !)

5. Exhibitions are tiringgggg stuff !!!

and last but not the least,
6. I LOVE MY JOB!!

ELAN ROCKS!

So as u can see, i crave all things sweet n nice, so when i met these ladies at ELAN the other day, i knew i had to write about these angels in disguise..
So we were pretty much lost and ELAN came in our lives, bringing with it, a ray of hope to those looking to work at home, while managing careers or the job we all love and loathe, HOMEMAKER! i never quite GOT that word...mmmm....

So, ELAN was founded by 2 sweetarts, Erum Z and Erum M, on 15th of Feb 2011, yes right after Valentine's day! im guessing thats a total coincidence! Within a few days, of invites and Hellos and Hi's, it was decided we should meet, and we did! It was a tremendous success and a great opportunity to meet such talented gals under one roof, quite overwhelming! The gifts we got just added the cherry on the cake(pun totally intended!)

The second meet-up was short(not a lot of attendees) and sweet (the ones who did attend were a total treat to talk to) and a real ice-breaker..
HATS OFF to the founders, thinkers and planners of ELAN! With over 238 members in just a month, ELAN is going strong and ready to show the men, who's really BOSS! hehe, sorry guys!
